At Freebody, our return policy aligns with first class industry standards.
Please note, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your product. If, after trying your brace within this time frame, you are not completely satisfied you may return the product for a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping & handling). Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
To initiate a return you must first email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within the return timeframe. Freebody representative will contact you to set up a time to discuss your dissatisfaction with your product and to assist you with any possible fitting issues. If you are then still not completely satisfied with your purchase you may then proceed with a return per these terms.
Once your return is initiated, Freebody will issue you an RGA# via email.
You are responsible for returning your product to Freebody via a nationally recognized carrier (e.g. UPS) at your own expense. Your return must include the original packing slip with your RGA# written on it.
Freebody will inspect your return upon receipt. Your return must be in acceptable condition as determined by Freebody. Damaged returns will not be eligible for any refund. Subject to passing inspection, Freebody will process your refund to the credit card used to purchase the brace per these terms. It may take up to 30 days to process your refund from the time your return is received.
Please note failure to abide by these terms may impact your return, including but not limited to delayed refunds and refused returns. Other restrictions may apply.
